My Hero

Personal Hero
I really am glad to have Conner as a friend because when I am feeling down or when I am hurt he is always there when I need someone.  I would have to say that my Hero would be my best friend Connor Burke. One of the reasons that my hero is Connor is that: When our 8th grade summer started I was feeling great I had gone to the pool with my cousins and we played there for hours. It was about 12:00 in the afternoon when we got home and I just got so tired and exhausted that I fell asleep for what seemed to be 5 hours that was kind of weird I thought. The next day I woke up to find a lump on the side of my neck now I was a little frightened because it just not normal for a lump to grow on the side of a neck. So I went to my mom and dad and they thought it was weird so they took me to the clinic and I had to go get a cat scan. It turned out that my Lymph nodes were swollen well I went to the hospital in Salt Lake and had to have surgery. After the surgery I went home and slept for hours well it was about a month after my surgery that Conner called and asked if I was feeling better and I told him I was and then he asked if I could go to Price with him and his family to watch a movie I asked my parents and they said yes you can go. We got to Price and grabbed some pizza and went to the movie. Well we where about half an hour into the movie when I got really sick to my stomach and barfed all over the place. Well to make a long story short Conner and his mom didn’t care about the movie they just cared if I was okay. The good news is that they got a refund for their movie tickets.
Another story is the one where I first went to Conner’s house.  We were playing with his air soft guns and had gone to the cemetery by his house I really sucked that one up. I kept getting shot until I hid in the trenches. I had a perfect strategic position to shoot him with. I was ready for him to come around the corner when out of the blue I got shot from behind when I turned around to see how I got shot there was Conner standing above me the gun pointed at my face well I ducked my face into the ground and begged for mercy. Conner being merciful granted me mercy but I had to surrender.
Another story is when Conner went to my house and we played Medal of Honor. When Conner came over I had my play station 2 ready for us. We played Medal of Honor for hours I kept sniping him he kept shooting me with a bazooka until I got the bazooka and then I blew him up. If only I knew where he was when we started the Russian area. I was looking for the weapons so that I could switch my weapon when I realized that I was getting shot at. I hid behind a tree when I got sniped from behind. Before I came back I saw Conner’s sniper aimed right at me.
The reason why I told you theses stories is to tell you how much Conner has helped me in my life.
